These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Pogino Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) and users (“Members”) regarding the use of the self-development mobile application “Pogino” and its related services (“Services”).

1. Purpose

These Terms establish the conditions, procedures, user rights and obligations, subscription fees, and refund policies for the Pogino service provided by the Company.

2. Effect and Amendment of Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise announced.
2. The Company may amend the Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Any amendment will be notified at least 7 days prior to its effective date, specifying the reason and details of the change.
4. Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may discontinue use and delete their account.

3. Service Overview

1. Free Members have access to basic goal and habit management features.
2. Paid Members (Pogino PRO) are entitled to the following additional features:
   • Master AI coaching (customized interactive coaching)
   • Weekly and monthly progress reports
   • Photo verification and behavioral feedback
   • Habit statistics and level system
   • Additional PRO-exclusive features as introduced in the future

4. Subscription and Pricing Policy

1. Subscription Plans
   • Monthly plan: $10.99 USD
   • Annual plan: $129.99 USD
   • 52% discount for annual payment → $61.99 USD per year (equivalent to $5.17 per month)
2. Payments are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store accounts.
3. All prices include applicable taxes.
