Pogino Account Deletion Guide (Data Deletion Policy)

1. Overview

Pogino allows all users to delete their account at any time.

Once a deletion request is made, all personal data and activity records will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

This guide explains how to delete your account, the process involved, and which data will be deleted.

2. How to Delete Your Account

A. Delete Directly from Within the App

You can delete your Pogino account using the in-app settings:

1. Open the Pogino app.

2. Tap the Settings menu at the bottom of the screen.

3. Select Account.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. You will see a confirmation pop-up message:

   “Are you sure you want to delete your account?

   Once deleted, all data will be permanently removed within 30 days and cannot be recovered.”

6. Tap OK to confirm.

7. A confirmation message will appear: “Your account deletion request has been received.”

   All personal data will be completely deleted within 30 days.
